Malfunction | 2014
Adrian is a complicated kid. He was one of those shy kids who doodled all the time in grade school until he shot up and gained twenty pounds over a summer. Now the world percieves him differently and he's not quite sure how to deal with it. His father suddenly has all these expectations of him, but ever since Nelson died, they don't talk much. Adrian is one to listen first and think before he speaks. Nelson's death hit him pretty hard, it was hard for him to get by without his big brother's guidance ... until a year after his death when his ghost became a sort of guardian angel. Adrian suspects that the fact that he talks to his dead older brother might be ... wrong, but he doesn't know what to do about it. Adrian idolized Nelson and always wanted to give football a try, but the pressure he's beginning to feel is kind of taking the fun out of it.
