Miami Vice Ferrari up for auction

The white Ferrari Testarossa TV cops Sonny Crockett and Ricardo ‘Rico’ Tubbs drove around in on episodes of hit 1980s TV series Miami Vice is up for sale. The famous sports car is up for grabs on auction website eBay.com for $1.75 million (£1.2 million).
The auction continues to 7 January (15), when the keys to the 1986 Ferrari will be handed over to the highest bidder.
The flashy motor is being offered by bosses of a south Florida pawn and auto loan company, which acquired the car in 2012 from the person who purchased it from the series producer, according to Auto Pawn Plus owner Peter Lima.
He says, “This has been in a garage, hidden for almost 30 years.”
The vehicle comes with the built-in Motorola phone used in Miami Vice.
