The Kenan & Kel funnyman listed $3,820 (£2,545) in assets and more than $1.7 million (£1 million) in liabilities in his filing submitted to bankruptcy court last month (26Mar10) and obtained by the Detroit News.
His production company, Lyric Cole Productions, is also in trouble with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials, who have filed a $91,373 (£60,915) lien for delinquent federal taxes.
