Motorist Alert: Halle Speaks!

Halle Berry’s finally going to run her mouth off on the alleged hit-and-run accident that made her America’s most famous nongood driver. The actress is set to tape an interview with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer tonight in New York, the network says. The segment is schedule to air on Wednesday’s edition of “20/20” (10 p.m. EDT/PDT).

It’ll be Berry’s first on-air comments since a Feb. 23 run-in in West Hollywood, Calif., that left her with (1) a gash on the head; (2) a lawsuit (filed by the second driver, the one who was left with a broken wrist); and (3) misdemeanor hit-and-run charges (to which she has pleaded not guilty).
