Playboy bosses bring back nudes

The editors of men’s magazine Playboy have ditched their campaign to keep photos of naked women out of the monthly.
A year after Pamela Anderson became the last cover girl to bare all for Hugh Hefner’s 63-year-old publication, bosses have decided the idea to feature only artistic shots of models is not working.
And in an effort to boost circulation, the nudes are back – something Hefner’s son Cooper, the company’s new chief creative officer, is thrilled about.
“I’ll be the first to admit the way in which the magazine portrayed nudity was dated, but removing it entirely was a mistake,” Cooper tweeted on Monday (13Feb17). “Nudity was never the problem, because nudity isn’t a problem. Today, we’re taking our identity back and rediscovering who we are.”
In the new issue, Miss March 2017 Elizabeth Elam displays her breasts and butt, but there’s still no full frontal nudity like once appeared in the magazine.
Pamela Anderson was the last woman to bare all for Playboy when she appeared in the January/February, 2016 issue.
She first stripped for the magazine in 1989.
