Real Genius actor obtains restraining order against ex

Actor Gabriel Jarret has been granted a restraining order against an ex-girlfriend.
The Real Genius star, who played Mitch in Val Kilmer’s 1985 cult comedy, claims a woman named Jennifer Marie Alfano has been causing him trouble ever since he allowed her to stay at his apartment in Santa Monica, California after allegedly being kicked out of a hotel.
However, his willingness to help apparently backfired as she subsequently refused to leave his property, and then screamed at Gabriel, accusing him of child molestation, rape, and dealing drugs in a vicious rant.
He insists none of Jennifer’s claims are true, but the outburst caused a disturbance with his neighbours and police were called to investigate.
Cops managed to convince the woman to leave, but as she packed up, she reportedly swiped a laptop, jewellery, a birth certificate, and social security cards which did not belong to her.
Gabriel subsequently filed for legal protection amid fears the drama will lead to his eviction, and he won the restraining order on Monday (29Oct18), banning Jennifer from going near his home, work, or vehicle, reports TMZ.
