Kim Kardashian, Blair Underwood and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa also volunteered at the Los Angeles Mission to dish out warm meals to the needy, a day before the official American holiday on Thursday (24Nov11).
Socialite Kardashian admits she felt honoured to take part in the event, plating up traditional favourites including turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.
She told reporters, “These people don’t have the meals that we do, so anything we can do to provide that for them, I’m very happy to do.”

The annual charity event is hosted by veteran actor Kirk Douglas and his wife Anne.
