No Frodo, no. What have you done?
The man made famous for playing an innocent little hobbit in Lord of the Rings is tackling a more serious role. In the remake of the 1980 thriller, Maniac, Elijah Wood plays a serial killer who goes around New York City scalping young women.
Check out the frightening first six minutes of the film, in which Wood can be heard but not seen. And yet somehow it’s still enough to have us wishing for our days in Middle Earth.
