When Neighbors came out Mac (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) had to deal with Teddy (Zac Efron) and the fraternity. In the sequel, The two parents are looking to sell their house but a Sorority with a leader named Shelby (Moretz) has moved in and they are worse than the frat.
