“Stop crying, it’s just a movie” is the meme format we all needed

Hey, Hollywooders! Has anyone ever told you to “stop crying, it’s just a movie?”

Well, we’re here to tell you that there’s nothing wrong with crying.

Yeah yeah, we’re all about feel-good news, but sometimes crying feels good. Movies are MEANT to make you cry; they are such a healthy and cathartic outlet to express your emotions and we think that’s HollyGOOD! Don’t you?!

Even better, memes about movies are uhhhmazing. They allow us to connect with others who feel alllll the feels about our favorite movies.

This scene in I Am Legend gets us every time. Sam deserved better. 

Again, Will Smith brings us to tears. This time in The Pursuit of Happiness. 


Bridge to Terabithia has literally no business making us cry like this.

The TV episode that isn’t a movie but still made our list

Ok so this Black Mirror episode is technically not a movie but it made us cry all the same.
