The 93-year-old star’s operation on Monday (19Jul10) was reportedly a success, but now the news isn’t so good.
Her publicist tells TMZ.com that Gabor is suffering “heavy bleeding” and has stopped speaking, and her doctors fear she may have suffered a stroke.
Her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, says, “We have to wait a few more days to see what is going on. She looks at us but doesn’t know what is going on.”

The Hungarian-born screen icon underwent surgery after she suffered several broken bones after falling out of bed in an attempt to answer the phone at her Bel-Air home last weekend (17Jul10).
Gabor has frequently suffered bouts of illness since she was left wheelchair-bound after a 2002 car accident.
