Swervedriver releasing first album in 17 years

British rockers Swervedriver are serving up a New Year’s treat for fans by unveiling plans for their first album in 17 years. The group went on a decade-long hiatus following the release of 1998’s 99th Dream and reunited in 2008 to play a series of shows.
The bandmates shared a new song, Deep Wound, in 2013 and have now revealed their fifth album, I Wasn’t Born to Lose You, will hit retailers in March (15). The disc will include Deep Wound and their new single, Setting Sun.
