Ten Cents a Dance | 1930
Barbara O'Neill is a poor dance hall girl who catches the eye of the wealthy Bradley Carlton. However, Barbara has feelings for her neighbor Eddie Miller. After Eddie proposes to her, she says yes, and even secures a job for him from Bradley. Soon, though, Eddie has racked up deep gambling debts and even been unfaithful. Barbara continues to support him, but after he lashes out in jealousy she thinks maybe she should have chosen Bradley.
