What could make Jumanji a worse place to be?
A broken Jumanji.
For the sequel to the 2017 Jumanji, ‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ still has the same avatars of Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan but things are a little bit different. Ya see Spencer had been working on trying to get the damaged game to work again. He was successful, kind of. The game works but was kind of glitchy. When his friends come to see him, his grandfather (Danny DeVito) and his friend Milo (Danny Glover) are there and Spencer is in the game. His friends know they have to return to save him, so they go back.
The thing is since the game is glitched out they aren’t able to select their characters. The grandfather is now Dwayne Johnson and Milo is Kevin Hart. Also, Fridge who was Kevin Hart is now the Jack Black avatar, who knows what happened to their other friend. Inside the game, it’s more of the same, just deadlier.
Seeing Dwayne and Kevin act like their older counterparts is pretty funny, and the first film was so much fun that this should be on your list when it releases in December.
‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ releases on December 13, 2019.
