The fourth installment of Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer’s beloved Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in set to sail into theaters on May 20th, but today you can see Capt. Jack Sparrow in all his glory on this brand new poster for the anticipated film!
IGN debuted the colorful one-sheet today, which features a heavily photo-shopped Johnny Depp in clear focus with his burning ship and a pack mermaids behind him. It’s not the most exciting image I’ve seen from the film to date, but does its job in whetting the world’s appetite for more swashbuckling adventures.
Rob Marshall directs a cast that includes Penelope Cruz, Ian McShane and Geoffrey Rush in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Catch it on IMAX 3D, 3D and standard screens this May!
