The Nice Guys female TV adaptation in development

A female-driven TV remake of The Nice Guys is in development.
The new series adaptation, based on Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe’s 2016 film, will be written by Michael Diliberti, who will also serve as an executive producer alongside Ken Kao and Joel Silver, the producer of the the original movie.
Gosling and Crowe played two private investigators in Los Angeles in 1977 in the movie version.
According to reports, the TV show will be retitled The Nice Girls.
The new project is the second adaptation for Silver – he is currently working on the second season of Lethal Weapon, which is based on his hit 1980s movie franchise.
