The Offspring and Social Distortion to front first Surf City Blitz festival

The Offspring and Social Distortion will headline the inaugural Surf City Blitz festival in Southern California this autumn (18).
The bands will join Rancid, Suicidal Tendencies, Bad Religion, and Pennywise for the punk weekender, which will also feature motorcycle racing at Huntington State Beach.
Social Distortion star Mike Ness tells WENN, “This is an incredible line-up of bands over two days, and combined with Roland Sand’s Moto Beach Classic, this is going to be an awesome show. To be a part of an event like this that’s never been done before is pretty cool. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
And Dexter Holland of The Offspring adds, “Can’t wait to hang out on the beach with some of our SoCal punk friends and idols when we play Surf City Blitz.”
