The Round Up | 2012
A chronicle of an act of French collaboration in the Holocaust during World War II. A French police operation involving 9,000 officers rounded up 13,000 Jews, mostly the elderly, women and children, on the night of July 16, 1942. Most of the people were kept at Paris' Velodrome d'Hiver sports stadium but many were sent on to Auschwitz. The operation was ordered by France's Vichy government.
