The Sunset Sky | 2008
Upon the death of their mother, twenty-some Jennifer is left as the sole caretaker of her autistic brother Charlie. After being evicted from their home, Jennifer decides to drive Charlie from Kansas to their father's motel in New Jersey. Over the next four days on the road, Jennifer and Charlie are thrust into a life of laughter, self-discovery and insecurity. As Jennifer and Charlie head east, Charlie's autistic tendencies begin to flare up. Also, Jennifer's memories of her father molesting her as a child begin to resurface. She begins to realize that she had been using Charlie as an excuse to confront her father and perhaps exact her revenge.
