The Wedding Singer star Allen Covert to divorce

Adam Sandler’s longtime collaborator Allen Covert is set to divorce
Allen, who is a close pal to his fellow comedian and had small roles in most of his movies, including The Wedding Singer, Happy Gilmore, and Billy Madison, is facing divorce proceedings after his wife Kathryn filed to end their marriage.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles and obtained by The Blast, Kathryn wants to end her 13 year marriage to the 54-year-old actor, writer, producer and funnyman.
The documents show they have four children, some of whom are still minors.
After meeting Adam at New York University, Allen has been involved in almost all his projects, taking small roles in his early films and later co-producing hits including Big Daddy, Grown Ups, and I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.
He also co-wrote and starred in the 2006 stoner comedy Grandma’s Boy.
