The heartwarming film about two women who swap homes to escape their personal dramas over Christmas unexpectedly find love with local men, leading to funny and fuzzy feelings for everyone watching. Even if you can recite the movie word for word, here are 10 fun facts you probably didn’t know about this classic holiday flick!

1. When Kate Winslet’s character first gets to LA, her celebratory dance was completely improvised on the spot.

2. Dustin Hoffman‘s cameo was completely unplanned. After lunching near the film set, he stopped to see what the production was. Turns out he knew director, Nancy Meyers, and was asked to pop in the movie.
