Tom Cruise stunned motorists in Norway by waving from a train while filming a stunt for his new movie Mission: Impossible 7.
TikTok user Tomas Haugland Spangelo posted a video of Cruise sitting on top of the train shot from a car driving along a road adjacent to the tracks.
After Spangelo shouted at the star, he smiled and waved – despite speeding along on top of a carriage with his feet dangling over the edge.
Cruise, who famously performs all his own stunts, resumed production on the new action thriller in September (2020), after a seven-month hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
An Instagram user with the handle fotokjerring76 also filmed Tom standing up on top of the train, captioning the clip: “Sometimes you’re just in the right place at the right time…”
In previous Mission: Impossible installments the star has scaled the top of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa skyscraper and traveled on the side of a flying A400 military aircraft – while this time around he has already taken part in a spectacular motorcycle jump.
