Toy Story 4 Trailer has finally been released and I don’t think we are ready for the emotional rollercoaster.
We open the story with the new owner Bonnie creating Forky (Tony Hale), a spork who isn’t sure about this whole toy thing. He was made for soup, so he runs away to try to find himself and of course Woody (Tom Hanks) goes after him. The two stumble upon a town where Woody finds Bo Peep (Annie Potts). Bo has joined with other lost toys and unlike Lotso, they are having the time of their lives and there are lots of kids that want a toy to play with.
Is it time for Woody to retire? Hanks has warned us that the ending was an emotional “moment in history” and that he couldn’t face anyone when recording the last lines. Sure the third could have been the ending to a great trilogy, but maybe Hanks wanted one last go the franchise and maybe they have more to say.
I don’t think we’re ready for this.
