We’ve mentioned before how amazing Rise of the Planet of the Apes looks and this UK trailer only confirms it. We had our suspicions that this wouldn’t be a typical blockbuster with gorillas throwing things at cop cars (although that is present), but rather one that asks bigger questions and it looks like the latter is the case. This trailer is slower, more somber, and surprisingly quiet for a giant blockbuster movie. It really brings the focus on Cesar, the first enhanced chimp who leads the revolution, and makes the movie almost seem like a character study. Also, there’s more John Lithgow and Tom Felton in addition to James Franco. Happy? You better believe it.
