Everyone knew there would have to be another Alice In Wonderland.
The first film grossed over a billion dollars worldwide, and that’s only the ticket sales. Who knows how much they made on selling t-shirts and other items. So we knew that there would be a sequel, it was only a matter of time.
Funny I mention time because time has a lot to do with the sequel. In this interview Director James Bobin discusses how to go about doing a sequel, Mia Wasikowska talks about where we find Alice, Anne Hathaway explains how the film shows why a character is good or bad, Sacha Baron Cohen discusses creating a character time that fits in the universe, Johnny Depp got to explore the many different personalities of The Mad Hatter, and Producer Tim Burton says why he stepped down to let a different Director take the helm.
Alice Through The Looking Glass releases May 27, 2016.
