Max is a wealthy, conoisseur of fine food, who cannot stop himself from eating the first-class cuisine that surrounds him. His doctors have warned him that he must lose over one hundred pounds, or die of heart failure. The pressure to resist so many four-star chefs in Europe is too much to bear. So when chefs start coming up murdered, Max becomes the prime suspect.
