‘X-Men: First Class’ Picks New Cast Member?

ALTIs Rosamund Pike being considered for the part of Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class? Speculation abounds after the actress was spotted with X-Men casting director Lucinda Syson and a copy of an X-Men: Origins comic book.

X-Men: First Class marks the return of producer Bryan Singer to the X franchise. Singer directed the first two X-Men films, but Kick Ass‘s Matthew Vaughn is taking control of Class.

The plot of the film will follow the young Charles Xavier and Magneto’s transition from friends to enemies. Pike, who is best known for her roles in Pride And Prejudice and as a Bond villain in Die Another Day, would play Emma Frost, the former antagonist and current ally to the X-Men. The film has already cast James McAvoy as Xavier, and Michael Fassbender is rumored for the Magneto role.
