Pamela Anderson
has confirmed press reports her estranged husband
Kid Rock
was unhappy about her appearance in
Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan
.
The
New York Post
reported last month that
Anderson
and
Kid Rock
, real name
Robert Ritchie
, watched a screening of the
Sacha Baron Cohen
movie at film producer Ron Meyer's home, and the rap rocker was unhappy with the actress' role.
In the movie,
Cohen
's character Borat Sagdiyev travels across America in the hope of meeting
Anderson
, and finally meets his idol in a shopping mall with shocking results.
Speaking to radio host
Howard Stern
about her estranged spouse,
Anderson
says, "He was unhappy about that. I don't know why--you'd have to ask him."
Anderson
filed for divorce from
Ritchie
last month after less than four months of marriage.
