Pamela Anderson
is hoping to annul her brief marriage to poker player Rick Salomon.
Instead of divorcing
Paris Hilton
's ex-boyfriend, the former
Baywatch
babe has cited "fraud" in court papers, filed in Los Angeles last week.
Anderson
initially filed for divorce in December, after just two months of marriage--citing irreconcilable differences for the split.
The couple exchanged vows last October in Las Vegas, where Anderson was working as illusionist Hans Klok's assistant in his spectacular magic shows.
Both
Anderson
and Salomon have been married twice before--the actress was wed to rockers
Tommy Lee
and
Kid Rock
; Salomon was previously married to
Shannen Doherty
and actress Elizabeth Daily.
