Angelina Jolie is at the centre of an odd new lawsuit brought against a children's charity by a disgruntled fan, who alleges he bid $30,000 for a meeting with the Hollywood star that never happened.
The unnamed plaintiff has filed suit against executives at the Lili Claire Foundation, claiming they failed to honor a 2007 deal to set up a meet-and-greet with the Wanted star after he nailed the winning bid for the celebrity auction item.
He is suing for the return of his cash, in addition to damages, reports TMZ.com.
