Jennifer Aniston Wins Best Short Award at Cinevegas Festival

HOLLYWOOD - Jennifer Aniston is celebrating after her directorial debut Room 10 was named Best Short Film at the CineVegas Film Festival at the weekend.

Aniston made the movie, which she co-directed with Andrea Buchanan, as part of magazine Glamour's 'Reel Moments' series.

Room 10 won the CineVegas Short Film Jury Prize, while David Schmoeller's Spanking Lessons picked up the CineVegas Nevada Short Film Jury Prize.

Elsewhere at the ninth annual event, director Adam Rifkin's surveillance camera film Look won the Grand Jury Prize, while the Special Jury Award for Best Director went to Joy Dietrich for Tie A Yellow Ribbon.

Robert Logevall's All God's Children Can Dance was honored with the special jury award for Distinctive Visual Expression.

The audience awards for Best Documentary and Best Narrative Feature went to I Have Never Forgotten You: The Life & Legacy of Simon Wiesenthal and Throwing Stars, respectively.
