HOLLYWOOD - Jennifer Aniston and Oprah Winfrey have become "good" friends after the talk-show host helped the actress tackle her divorce from Brad Pitt on television.
The former Friends star was desperate to set the record straight over her high-profile split from the Mr. and Mrs. Smith actor, and was thrilled when Winfrey asked her to appear on her show.
And the pair is determined to build on their new relationship.
Aniston says, "I don't know what makes Oprah special. I think it is her commitment to her authenticity. She lives her life with no apologies.
"I think that is why she is unbelievable at giving, and she's constantly a student. She's never an authority on anything.
"I think that's why she's so accessible and why people love her so much.
"She's a very good new friend."
