HOLLYWOOD - The doctor of late model Anna Nicole Smith has challenged the warrant used in a recent raid on her Los Angeles home.
Psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich's home in Studio City was raided, alongside several locations, as part of an investigation into medications prescribed to Smith.
But Eroshevich has called the warrant "overly broad" and wants materials seized, including CDs and DVDs, to be handed back to her, reports Web site TMZ.com.
Smith died of an overdose in Florida earlier this year.
