HOLLYWOOD - HOLLYWOOD, Sept. 21, 2000 –- Surprise, surprise! Anne Heche's got a story to tell. The world’s most famous on-again, off-again lesbian has sold her memoir to Scribner. Though the book deal might sound timely, being that the actress had just caused a sizable tabloid stir with her breakup with ex-girlfriend Ellen DeGeneres and with what happened thereafter in Fresno, the memoir will apparently focus on Heche’s traumatic childhood and not her recent failed romance.
The actress's people told Hollywood.com today that there indeed will be a book, but would not reveal further details.
According to Inside.com, though, the actress is expected to bank an advance in the high six figures for the book.
