HOLLYWOOD - Charlie Sheen, who himself has been in legal hot water in the past, is encountering law-enforcement woes on a different level: his daughter was arrested Wednesday for theft. The daughter, age 16, whose name is being withheld because she is a minor, was nabbed for stealing clothing from a boutique just north of Los Angeles, according to Reuters. Both the LAPD and the boutique owner declined to comment on the matter.
