Before news of his split with Demi Moore was public knowledge, Ashton Kutcher discussed his thoughts about relationships in the December issue of Men's Health. Of course, the Two and a Half Men star didn't openly reveal any marital problems he was going through with Moore at the time, but he did address what turns him off the idea of being in a relationship. He told the magazine that, "I could never be with a woman who felt like she needed to change me," which makes sense because why should any woman feel like they need to make their man monogamous -- the nerve!
Additionally, Kutcher admitted he's scared of failure, stating, "I'm relatively scared of failure. I just don't see it as something that's inevitable." But the actor wasn't afraid to offer up some words of wisdom during the pre-divorce interview, saying, "I think it's about working on the relationship and making it better … when it's good. The goal is not to get into a relationship; the goal is to be in a relationship." Personally, I think it's a little unorthodox for him to be giving out relationship advice since he privately knew his marriage was having problems. If anything, he should be taking advice from us, not the other way around. Plus, do we really want to take relationship advice from someone with such a terrible cheating background? Unless this was more of a do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do type thing.
