B-List Stalkers Nabbed!
HOLLYWOOD - Who says you have to be red-hot famous to have your own personal stalker? Just go ask onetime "King of Comedy"Jerry Lewis and onetime pop-queen Linda Ronstadt. Both former A-listers presumably are breathing easier today following arrests in a pair of long-term stalking cases. In Lewis' instance, a 56-year-old man, fresh from prison on a Jerry Lewis stalking charge, was busted Friday in Wyoming on a, yes,Jerry Lewis stalking charge. This time, the guy's accused of telling Jer "your [sic] dead" in a letter mailed to the funnyman.
The Ronstadt-related bust came over the weekend in Arizona when a 55-year-old man, clad in a white tuxedo and matching white shoes, was taken into custody outside a Sun City venue where the singer was performing. The man, also recently sprung from prison on an attempted stalking rap, got busted for an outstanding warrent. His wardrobe apparently was given a flyer.
