HOLLYWOOD - Former Baywatch star Donna D'Errico passed out in court on Friday while finalizing her divorce from rocker Nikki Sixx.
The model/actress collapsed in the restroom of a Los Angeles courthouse during proceedings after complaining of breathing problems. She was found unconscious after failing to return to court.
She eventually came to and insisted her breathing issues were related to a case of asthmatic bronchitis that had been aggravated by the recent Southern California wildfires.
KNBC.com reports D'Errico asked the judge to delay the trial before taking the stand because of her condition, but her requests were denied.
D'Errico filed for divorce in April 2006 after 10 years of marriage to Motley Crue star Sixx.
The couple has reportedly agreed on visitation rights for their 6-year-old daughter, and are now dividing up their financial and property assets.
The trial has been rescheduled for Nov. 26.
