Ben Stein sues Shockwave.com
HOLLYWOOD - The host of cable TV's Win Ben Stein's Money sued the Internet company Shockwave.com on Tuesday for breach of contract. According to USA Today, the suit claims the Internet site, now known as AtomShockwave Corp., owed Stein $212,250 for his help in the development of quiz show for the site. The host also claims that he would receive 75,000 shares of Shockwave stock valued at 50 cents a share and had an option to sell back the stock at $3 per share.
