HOLLYWOOD - The photojournalist battling to prove he's the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn has held the tot in his arms for the first time after reportedly striking a deal with Howard K. Stern.
Larry Birkhead is fighting Stern for custody of the five-month-old baby and the two men in the little girl's life settled their differences yesterday, so they could both appreciate Dannielynn.
Stern, who has been looking after the baby in the Bahamas since her mother's death on Feb. 8, let his one-time love rival hold and feed Dannielynn.
Meanwhile, regarding custody of baby Dannielynn, the case has officially moved to the Bahamas. In court yesterday, a judge made no official ruling and is leaving the baby girl in Stern's care until the next scheduled hearing, which is set for mid-March.
