HOLLYWOOD - Selma Blair and her husband Ahmet Zappa have confirmed reports they are divorcing amicably after over two years of marriage.
The Legally Blonde actress, 33, filed for divorce from the 32-year-old musician in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Troy Nankin, spokesperson for the couple, tells People magazine, "Selma and Ahmet have decided to divorce but love each other very much and will continue to be close friends."
The couple married in January 2004 after a whirlwind six-month courtship.
