Veteran actor Bobby Cannavale has joined the cast of HBO's Boardwalk Empire, and will become a regular in the upcoming third season.
Cannavale will play Gyp Rosetti, a gangster who poses a threat to Nucky (Steve Buscemi), on the Emmy-nominated, Golden Globe-winning series about Prohibition-era Atlantic City.
Cannavale himself, no stranger to TV, won an Emmy for his role on Will & Grace in 2005 and recently shot a soon-to-air guest stint on Showtime's Nurse Jackie. As for his big-screen career, he'll next be seen in Lovelace, which you might've heard of recently.
