'Borat' Top in Kazakhstan 'Hometown'

HOLLYWOOD - Controversial movie Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan is the most popular DVD in the home nation of Sacha Baron Cohen's fictional reporter Borat.
According to Internet retailer Amazon.com, the DVD of the movie has topped Kazakhstan's DVD charts.
Rakhi Parekh, head of media at Amazon, says, "It seems residents of Kazakhstan are now desperate to see what the fuss is about.
"They are even willing to pay the 505 Kazakhstani Tenge ($4) charge to have the DVD delivered from the UK."
