Britney Spears Wants 'Quiet' Neighborhood for Sons

Britney Spears
HOLLYWOOD - Britney Spears is desperate to quit her Los Angeles home--so she can live a more relaxed life with her young sons.

The singer, whose L.A. mansion is constantly surrounded by paparazzi, is keen to buy a more secure home to bring up her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

A court document filed by her co-conservators, father Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, states that the star would like to move to "a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood."

The star has also asked to be "more accessible to parks and recreation areas."

Spears wants to demonstrate to the courts that she is a responsible parent as she prepares to fight ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody of their two young sons in August.

The sale of Spears' home would be in "the best interest of (Spears), her Estate and her minor children," according to the papers filed recently in a Los Angeles court.

Last month, Spears was granted permission to sell her six-bedroom property, with her mother, Lynne, stating that her daughter "intends to return to Louisiana."
