Britney Spears is no longer a girl and definitely a woman, celebrating her 27th birthday today, as seen during this morning’s debut of her hit song 'Womanizer' on ABC's Good Morning America.
Dressed in black hot pants and a red form fitting half shirt, Britney evoked the feel of a sexy circus ring master. The ring of fire she danced through also helped in creating that effect.

That’s not all -- Britney had a present of her own to bestow on fans, announcing she will headline an arena tour beginning in 2009, the first time in five years. Britney's tour, with special guest The Pussycat Dolls, will include 27 cities, beginning in her home state of Louisiana. Tickets go on sale Saturday, Dec. 6.
