'Captain America' Set for Red, White and Blu-Ray
There will always be news about Captain America: The First Avenger... for the rest of our lives. The all-consuming Marvel film has announced a release for Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray 3D, and DVD sets: October 25.
The first (chronologically) story in a series about the Marvel Comics superheroes that are teaming up in colossal images like this one to form the unstoppable force known as The Avengers turns the shrimpy Brooklynite Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) into the star-spangled warrior against Red Skull (Hugo Weaving) and a whole bunch of nazis.
The Blu-Rays will include a variety of special features, including deleted scenes, audio commentaries with director Joe Johnston and others involved in the creation of the film, and segments entitled "The Assembly Begins," "The Transformation," "Behind the Skull," and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer."
