People magazine reports that Catherine Zeta-Jones went to a mental health facility to obtain help for Bipolar Disorder. Her representative said, "After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check into a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar II disorder. She's feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films." So it seems like this already happened (a source says she spent 5 days in a facility earlier this month) and we're just finding out about it now. Although if you really do consider the year she's had (with helping Michael Douglas battle cancer, and dealing with Michael Douglas's crazy ex-wife who wants more of his Wall Street money), taking a breather from Michael Douglas for five days was probably quite necessary.
