It's going to be one interesting night on Comedy Central when Charlie Sheen finally gets roasted. It's not like he hasn't given people enough material to work with or anything -- hell, I could even do a decent round of roasting and I don't even know the guy personally. There's no telling what raunchy and ridiculous things we're going to learn about the Warlock when his friends have the mic.
Charlie of course isn't nervous about sitting in the hot seat -- he's actually excited for it and stated in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that "It's not like you can take any of it personally...I'm actually looking forward to how creative they can get." Aren't we all. Sheen claims that nothing will be off limits adding that it's not going to be like, "'They insulted me!' Get over your cheap self... It's a celebration of who I am... as a media figure, an industry figure, stuff like that, so that's the veneer that keeps it from being personal." We'll see if he still has that attitude when the roasting commences. Charlie is also set to star in the sitcom Anger Management, which is loosely based on the 2003 Jack Nicholson movie. Sheen is ready to get back to work, saying "I've got my work brain back in my head...welcome back work brain, I missed you." Here we go again...Check out a clip of the interview below:
The roast is set to air on September 19th, which just happens to be the same night Ashton Kutcher debuts on Two and a Half Men. Purely coincidental I'm sure. The host of the night will be none other than the hilarious Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. Be sure to check it out and see who ends up winning by the end of the night.
