SAN DIEGO - Just the right name for a premiere party at San Diego’s Comic Con, don’t you think?
Unfortunately, there weren’t any Star Trek costumes in attendance. Nor did Ricardo Montalban make an appearance--a different Khan. There were, however, a great mix of who’s who in the Internet community and Hollywood’s top celebrities, here to celebrate some of the most anticipated films and TV shows Comic Con had to offer this year.
Hosted by IESB.net, Bloody-Disgusting.com and Lakeshore Entertainment, and put together by Station 26, the party rocked until the wee hours of the morning, on top the roof at the Hard Rock Hotel in downtown San Diego.
In attendance were: Gabriel Macht, Jaime King and writer/director Frank Miller, relaxing after promoting their upcoming film The Spirit; action star Jason Statham, doing double duty at Comic Con promoting both Crank 2 and Death Race; Bill Nighy, in San Diego promoting his new film Underworld 3: The Rise of the Lycans; The Dark Knight writer David Goyer, enjoying the fruits of his labor after The Dark Knight scored another $77 million at the box office this weekend, and many more!
