There was a scare yesterday when CBS Studios received an envelope filled with white powder. Thankfully, the material turned out not to be anthrax, but needless to say, it incited a good deal of fear. The Late Late Show host Craig Ferguson addressed the situation last night in his opening monologue, attempting to color the scary situation with humor. Although his routine didn't hit as hard as Letterman's response to the Jihadist death threats against him, it further proves that no one can take us down as long as we have the power of comedy to overcome the strength of fear.
